Our Take
UberBoost can be useful as a packable spare for a child who already uses a backless booster correctly. Its low weight and small packed size solve a real travel problem, but independent testing raises comfort and stability concerns. We would compare it directly with another portable booster and practice the complete belt-positioning setup before travel. It needs adequate vehicle head support and consistent seated posture; being easy to pack does not make it appropriate for a child who still needs a harness.
