Our Take
KidFit Zip Air Plus is worth the upgrade when the booster will see long, frequent journeys. The added leg padding, breathable fabric and accessible cover removal are conveniences a child and caregiver may notice every week. Independent testing also gives it a stronger case than comfort features alone. We would still test the belt fit and neighboring buckles: this is a substantial highback booster rather than a pocket-size travel solution. Its removable back adds flexibility once the child fits that mode properly.
What we like
- Extended leg padding
- Zip-off washable cover
- AirMesh comfort fabric
Worth knowing
- Bulkier to carry than a simple backless booster.
- The extra comfort features do not make a younger child booster-ready.
