Our Take
Fit360 Zip ClearTex is an appealing upgrade when rotating access and quicker fabric removal will save work every week. The useful distinction from the standard Fit360 is the Zip trim, not a different claim about crash performance. We would pay the premium for regular spills and repeated loading, after checking that the seat rotates freely in the intended position. It is still a substantial convertible with a 40 lb rear-facing limit, so compare space and longevity as carefully as the convenient controls.
What we like
- Door-facing access in both harness modes
- Zip-off cover for cleaning
- LeverLock installation system
Worth knowing
- Standard Fit360 reviews do not directly test the Zip trim.
- The linked Jet package includes a mirror; that accessory is not the seat’s safety rating.
