Our Take
The core Revolve360 is a reasonable candidate when rotating access matters and the Extend’s additional rear-facing capacity is less important to the family. Its 40 lb rear-facing limit is the key distinction to keep visible. We would compare the real price gap with Extend before choosing, because an extra rear-facing allowance may be more valuable than a small initial saving. The core shell still needs adequate rotation clearance and correct belt and tether setup in the actual vehicle.
What we like
- Rotation in both harness directions
- Highback booster conversion
- One base installation for approved harness-mode changes
Worth knowing
- Rear-facing maximum is 40 lb, unlike Extend’s 50 lb.
- It is wider than Slim and does not share Slim’s exact shell.
