Our Take
Current Aton G2 is a conventional infant-carrier option for families who want CYBEX’s base features without Cloud G Pro’s reclining carrier. The manufacturer now describes a load-leg base and an adjustable headrest, but older Aton names and packages can differ substantially. We would check the exact package before purchase and try the carrier on the intended stroller. Aton G and Aton G2 should not be treated as interchangeable in either review summaries or recall eligibility.
What we like
- Current load-leg base
- SensorSafe-equipped current US model
- Ventilated carrier shell
Worth knowing
- Aton G, Aton G2 and Aton G2 Swivel are different configurations.
- Do not transfer earlier Aton G recall eligibility solely by the family name.
