Our Take
Secure-Lift is a conventional Baby Trend carrier to compare when its handle and child-fit system suit the caregiver better than the lighter EZ-Lift Plus. It is not as light, so we would test carrying it with realistic added weight. The relatively short height allowance makes fit longevity another important check. Current technical guidance raises a small-infant fit concern, so a 4 lb label should not be treated as a guarantee that every premature or very small newborn will fit well.
